Xi, Putin Congratulate China-Russia Friendship Committee Session as both leaders extended their messages to the 15th plenary meeting in Vladivostok on Saturday. The committee, established 28 years ago, has played a key role in promoting friendship, enhancing bilateral cooperation, and building strong public support for China-Russia relations.
