The Pakistan Science Foundation (PSF) has signed a Letter of Intent with China’s Wuhan Textile University to enhance cooperation in scientific research, higher education, and technology development. The agreement was concluded during an official PSF delegation visit to Wuhan and Yichang, led by PSF Chairman Professor Muhammad Akmal.
Under the framework, both sides will explore joint research initiatives, faculty and student exchanges, collaborative project proposals, and technology transfer. The partnership places particular focus on textile innovation, sustainable manufacturing practices, and health-related technologies, while supporting talent development aligned with industrial and research needs.
