China’s top leadership has emphasized the importance of a strong launch to the country’s 15th Five-Year Plan covering 2026 to 2030. President Xi Jinping urged senior officials to fully implement central decisions and maintain alignment with the Communist Party leadership to ensure the plan’s success.
