Ambassador Faisal Niaz Tirmizi, Pakistan’s envoy to Russia, emphasized strengthening trade and cultural connections between Pakistan and Russia during his visit to Kazan.
He toured the Tatarstan Investment Development Agency, learning about regional investment opportunities alongside ambassadors from other Islamic nations.
The ambassador highlighted the shared values and similarities between Pakistan and Tatarstan, stating that fostering inter-regional cooperation is a key goal of his mission.
Tirmizi also attended the International Festival of National Cultures, “Russia-East,” underlining that people-to-people and business-to-business contacts would be central to Pakistan’s engagement with Russia.
