GDA (Gwadar Development Authority) has saved Rs. 15 million through enhanced revenue generation, efficient resource management, and strict austerity measures. This progress was highlighted during a meeting chaired by Director General Moin-ur-Rehman Khan on March 11.
The meeting, attended by key officials including Chief Engineer Haji Syed Muhammad and Director Finance Zakir Majeed, reviewed revenue performance over the past three years and discussed new strategies to further increase income. Focus areas include Town Planning, Building Control, and Land Management.
Moin-ur-Rehman Khan emphasized the importance of reassessing revenue streams and urged departments to present actionable recommendations. He also highlighted adherence to austerity policies, efficient use of resources, and moving toward financial self-reliance as key priorities.
