China has strongly denounced the suicide attack near a judicial complex in Islamabad, which claimed at least 12 lives and injured many others. The Chinese government emphasized its firm opposition to all forms of terrorism and violence.
Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Guo Jiakun expressed deep sympathy for the victims and their families, highlighting that no Chinese nationals were harmed in the attack. He reaffirmed China’s commitment to supporting Pakistan in safeguarding public safety and maintaining stability.
Guo added that China will continue to stand with Pakistan in its ongoing fight against terrorism, stressing that international cooperation is key to combating such threats and ensuring regional peace.
In Pakistan, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar condemned the bombing, calling it a cowardly act that would not weaken the country’s resolve. Officials stressed the importance of continued vigilance and collaboration to prevent such incidents and strengthen security across the nation.
