The Punjab Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) eliminated three terrorists in an exchange of fire in Mianwali.
A department spokesperson stated that arms and explosive materials were recovered from the killed suspects.
Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz lauded the CTD officials for their courage and swift action.
In her statement, she reaffirmed the government’s unwavering resolve to eliminate terrorism from Pakistan.
Separately, Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi also commended the security forces for their bravery and professionalism in the operation.
