Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev took a walk together in Khankendi after attending the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) summit.
During the stroll, President Aliyev provided his counterparts with insights into the history of Khankendi and highlighted its historic architecture.
The three leaders shared a warm and informal conversation throughout their walk.
In a symbolic gesture reflecting the close fraternal bonds and unity among Pakistan, Türkiye, and Azerbaijan, the leaders held hands during the walk.
Afterward, President Ilham Aliyev personally drove Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif to Shusha, where a luncheon was hosted in his honor.
