Pakistan Navy has inaugurated a new healthcare facility in Gwadar to improve medical access for residents living near the port area. The hospital, established in collaboration with the Gwadar Port Authority, aims to provide basic healthcare services and free medicines to local communities.
The facility offers multiple medical services including family medicine, outpatient consultations, dental care, eye treatment, maternal health services, pediatric care, and minor surgical procedures. Officials said the hospital will also provide round-the-clock emergency assistance.
The initiative is expected to benefit neighborhoods in the southern parts of Gwadar by making healthcare services more accessible. Authorities say the project reflects ongoing efforts to strengthen the city’s healthcare infrastructure and improve the quality of life for local residents.
