Pakistan Day was celebrated in China on March 23, 2026, with impressive ceremonies marking the Lahore Resolution of 1940. The events included the Pakistani community, embassy staff, and their families, with official messages from the President, Prime Minister, and Deputy Prime Minister read aloud.
Ambassador Khalil Hashmi hoisted the national flag at the Pakistan Embassy in Beijing, offering congratulations to the Pakistani community in China. He highlighted the continued importance of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah’s principles of Unity, Faith, and Discipline as guiding pillars for national development and progress.
The ceremony also emphasized 75 years of strong Pakistan-China relations, showcasing achievements in investments, education, research, technology, and people-to-people exchanges, while reinforcing the commitment to shared future growth.
