On the margins of the signing ceremony for the Framework Agreement on the Joint Feasibility Study of the UAP Railway Corridor, Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar met with Afghan Prime Minister Mullah Muhammad Hassan Akhund in Kabul on Thursday.
The two leaders discussed a range of issues of mutual concern, including matters related to peace and security, enhancement of trade and transit ties, and broader regional connectivity.
Reflecting on their previous meeting held on April 19, 2025, both sides reiterated their commitment to ongoing dialogue and agreed to sustain high-level engagements to further strengthen bilateral relations.
