Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar met Belarusian Foreign Minister Maxim Ryzhenkov in Bishkek.
The meeting took place on the sidelines of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) Council of Heads of State meeting.
