Punjab government has signed a landmark $1.5 billion agreement with Sino-Pak Tech Industry to build a 300-acre industrial park in a Special Economic Zone. The project will host factories in textiles, automotive, pharmaceuticals, and other sectors, bringing new job opportunities to the province.
Provincial Minister Chaudhry Shafay Hussain said the deal highlights growing investor confidence in Punjab. The government is providing incentives, improved infrastructure, and support facilities for foreign investors to ensure smooth operations and long-term growth.
The industrial park is expected to strengthen economic ties with China and attract both foreign and domestic investment. With modern infrastructure and investor-friendly regulations, Punjab aims to become a hub for industrial development and innovation in Pakistan.
