Chinese Premier Li Qiang visited Moscow for the 24th Meeting of the Council of Heads of Government of SCO member states, underlining growing China-Russia collaboration. During his visit, Li met Russian President Vladimir Putin and Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin to discuss trade, investment, energy, agriculture, and scientific innovation.
Experts say the visit reflects deep mutual trust and a commitment to expand both bilateral and multilateral cooperation. The discussions also focused on cultural exchanges, regional security, and strengthening the SCO’s global influence.
SCO member states highlighted coordinated efforts in trade, technology, education, and cross-cultural initiatives. With the bloc’s share in global GDP expected to reach 35% this year, the cooperation aims to promote sustainable economic growth and stability across Eurasia.
