Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar held a telephone conversation with China’s Foreign Minister Wang Yi to discuss recent regional and global developments. During the call, Dar shared Pakistan’s perspective on the evolving situation and highlighted the importance of easing tensions in the Middle East.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, both leaders exchanged views on the regional environment and emphasized the importance of maintaining peace and stability through dialogue and diplomatic engagement.
Wang Yi appreciated Pakistan’s constructive efforts aimed at promoting de-escalation and stability in the region. Both sides also reaffirmed the strength of the China Pakistan All Weather Strategic Cooperative Partnership and agreed to remain in close contact while continuing to expand bilateral cooperation.
