Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar has said that the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor is transitioning into a new phase that places greater emphasis on quality development and public welfare. He noted that the updated approach reflects evolving priorities in Pakistan-China cooperation.
Dar highlighted the long-standing relationship between the two countries, built on mutual trust and consistent support on key national interests. He said both sides continue to work closely across economic, industrial and technological sectors under agreed leadership-level understandings.
He added that agriculture, energy and technology cooperation are becoming more prominent under the CPEC framework. Training programmes, improved market access and new energy solutions, he said, are contributing to income growth and practical benefits for communities.
