Air Link Communication Limited has announced the creation of a wholly owned subsidiary, ZEXO Technologies (Private) Limited, marking a significant step in expanding its footprint in Pakistan’s technology sector. The company’s board approved the move during a meeting on December 1, 2025, according to a notice sent to the Pakistan Stock Exchange.
The new subsidiary will receive an investment of Rs. 200 million, divided into 20 million ordinary shares of Rs. 10 each. ZEXO Technologies will handle the manufacturing, import, export, distribution, retail, and e-commerce of smartphones, laptops, related accessories, electronics, home appliances, and selected additional tech products.
Air Link expects this venture to strengthen its position in Pakistan’s rapidly growing technology market and diversify product offerings across multiple segments. The move aligns with the company’s long-term growth strategy and commitment to innovation in the technology sector, enhancing its competitiveness and presence in the local market.
