PM Shehbaz, President Zardari condemn Israeli bombing in Doha, Qatar, after airstrikes hit a residential area and endangered innocent civilians. Both leaders issued strong statements highlighting Pakistan’s solidarity with Qatar and its people.
The prime minister, in a message on his official X account, called the strike “unlawful and heinous,” terming it a brazen violation of Qatar’s sovereignty and a reckless provocation that threatens regional stability. He expressed Pakistan’s deepest sympathies to the Amir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the Qatari Royal Family, and the people of Qatar. PM Shehbaz reaffirmed that Pakistan firmly stands with Qatar and Palestine against Israeli aggression.
In a separate statement, President Asif Ali Zardari also strongly condemned the attack, describing it as an “unacceptable violation” of Qatar’s territorial integrity. He said the assault had caused fear, panic, and civilian casualties, warning that such aggression poses a grave risk to peace across the region. President Zardari assured Pakistan’s full solidarity with Qatar’s leadership and people, while reiterating Islamabad’s commitment to regional peace and stability.
