The Punjab government inaugurated the Pakistan-China Friendship Gallery in Lahore to celebrate 75 years of diplomatic relations between Pakistan and China.
The gallery was opened at a newly established museum building during a ceremony attended by senior officials and diplomats.
Officials Highlight Growing Bilateral Cooperation
Senior Minister Maryam Aurangzeb and Chinese Consul General Zhao Shiren highlighted the growing partnership between the two countries.
They discussed cooperation in infrastructure, technology, agriculture, and green development under the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor.
Moreover, officials noted that Pakistan-China relations continue to expand into new sectors focused on innovation and sustainable growth.

Pakistan Recognised at World Drone Congress
Meanwhile, Pakistan was named “Country of Honour” at the World Drone Congress 2026 held in Shenzhen.
The recognition reflected increasing collaboration between Pakistan and China in digital innovation, drone technology, and emerging industries.

The newly inaugurated gallery showcases the long-standing friendship between the two countries and highlights key milestones in diplomatic cooperation.
In addition, the initiative aims to promote cultural understanding and strengthen people-to-people connections between Pakistan and China.
