Concerns about petrol shortages in Pakistan are easing as several oil tankers carrying crude and petroleum products reach the country’s ports. MT New Atro Pass from the UAE has already delivered 50,000 metric tons to Port Qasim, improving fuel availability locally.
Another tanker, MT Sypress Two, carrying 55,000 metric tons, is expected tomorrow, while MT Sea Clipper with 34,000 metric tons is due on March 11. The gas oil tanker Torm Dymine is already at the port, adding to supplies.
Authorities said a tanker from Oman is also on the way, with three more shipments expected at Port Qasim over the next few days. These deliveries are helping reduce fuel shortages, stabilize prices, and provide steady supply for consumers and businesses.
