Fatima Fertilizer, in collaboration with the Punjab Agriculture Department and local government authorities, organized the Sarsabz Kissan Convention in Multan, attracting over 1,300 farmers. The convention served as a platform to promote sustainable and innovative farming techniques aimed at improving wheat productivity across the region.
The event highlighted the achievements of farmers who excelled in the provincial wheat high-yield competition using Sarsabz Nitrophos and CAN fertilizers. Experts emphasized the benefits of balanced fertilizer use, noting that these products significantly enhance soil fertility and can boost per-acre wheat yields by 10% or more.
Rabel Sadozai, Director of Marketing and Sales at Fatima Fertilizer, stressed the company’s commitment to supporting Pakistan’s farmers by providing high-quality fertilizers and on-ground advisory services. The goal, he noted, is to help farmers achieve higher yields, strengthen soil health, and promote a sustainable agricultural ecosystem.
Senior officials from the Punjab Agriculture Department and key industry stakeholders attended the event, including Iftikhar Ali Sahoo, Secretary of Agriculture Punjab, Sarfraz Hussain Magsi, Special Secretary of Agriculture for Southern Punjab, and Professor Dr. Asif Ali, Vice Chancellor of MNS University. The convention also featured recognition for top-performing farmers, with provincial winners receiving tractors and district-level winners awarded motorcycles and LCDs.
The Sarsabz Kissan Convention underscores Fatima Fertilizer’s efforts to empower farmers with knowledge and high-performance solutions, contributing to Pakistan’s wheat productivity, farmer income, and national food security.
