A Chinese delegation led by Cai Dafeng arrived in Islamabad today to celebrate 75th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Pakistan and China. The delegation will be in Pakistan from May 20-21.
The delegation was received by Syed Ghulam Mustafa Shah, alongside Romina Khurshid Alam, who also serves as the Convener of the Pakistan-China Parliamentary Friendship Group.
Resolution of National Assembly
Tariq Fazal Chaudhry presented the resolution congratulating Pakistan and China on the completion of 75 years of diplomatic relations. He also commended the cooperation under the framework of CPEC.
The resolution stated that the House welcomed the visiting Chinese delegation and recognized the joint efforts of Pakistan and China in deepening strategic and economic cooperation. It further expressed confidence that the longstanding friendship between the two countries would continue to grow stronger in the decades ahead.
Strengthening bilateral cooperation
The visit is aimed at strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries. The delegation stands as a testament to long-standing cooperation between the two countries. The anniversary marks a major milestone in China Pakistan cooperation and marks the commitment of both the countries.
