Tang Pakistan Technical Education and Hazara University signed a memorandum of understanding in Mansehra to enhance China–Pakistan academic collaboration under the second phase of CPEC. The agreement was concluded during a formal signing ceremony held at the university campus on January 14.
The partnership focuses on launching joint degree programs, short professional training courses and a structured Chinese language program for students. These initiatives aim to improve employable skills, academic exposure and cross-border educational linkages between Pakistan and China.
During the event, certificates were also awarded to students who completed Tang Pakistan’s short training programs at Hazara University.
