More than 35,000 students across Pakistan have benefited from a China-backed digital education program following the renewal of a key public-private partnership for a fourth consecutive year. The renewed agreement aims to extend technology-enabled learning to an additional 10,000 students during 2026.
Targeting students in Grades 9 and 10, the initiative integrates interactive digital classrooms, AI-powered learning analytics, and gamified educational content. The approach enables personalized instruction, real-time performance tracking, and improved engagement while supporting teachers in adopting data-driven teaching methods.
By the end of 2025, the program expanded to 300 schools across 42 cities in five provinces, certified 7,500 students, and enabled 5,000 young women to gain digital literacy and financial skills. Teacher training programs have also been introduced to strengthen blended learning and long-term education outcomes.
