Rashid Latif Khan University (RLKU) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with TANG International Education Group to strengthen academic cooperation between Pakistan and China.
The agreement was signed during the visit of a Chinese delegation to the university. It aims to expand collaboration in higher education, research, and international learning.
MoU Signed During Official Ceremony
Prof. Dr. Saeed ul Hassan Chishti, Pro Vice Chancellor of RLKU, signed the MoU with Mr. Vincent Que, CEO of CGPTC.
Moreover, the ceremony was attended by senior university officials, faculty members, and representatives of the RLK Group.
Chinese Delegation Visits RLKU
The visiting delegation included Mr. Li Jinsong, President of TANG International Education Group, Mr. Vincent Que, CEO of CGPTC, Mr. Song Jianying, CEO of TANG Pakistan, and Mr. Muhammad Ammar, General Secretary of TANG International.

In addition, the delegation met university leadership to discuss future areas of academic cooperation.
Focus on Academic Collaboration
The partnership will promote student and faculty exchange programs, joint research projects, and academic collaboration.
Furthermore, both sides plan to create new opportunities for knowledge sharing, innovation, and international engagement.
Strengthening Global Learning Opportunities
RLKU said the agreement reflects its commitment to expanding global partnerships and improving educational standards.
As a result, the collaboration is expected to enhance international exposure for students and faculty while strengthening educational ties between Pakistan and China.
