Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif arrived in Doha, Qatar, on Monday for a two-day official visit at the invitation of Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani. He was received at King Hamad International Airport by Qatar’s Minister of State Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Al-Khulaifi, Pakistan’s ambassador to Qatar, Muhammad Amir, and diplomatic staff.
Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar, Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar, and Special Assistant to the Prime Minister Tariq Fatemi are accompanying the Prime Minister. The delegation will hold high-level bilateral meetings to enhance cooperation in economic, energy, trade, and manpower export sectors.
The visit underscores the deep brotherly ties between Pakistan and Qatar and highlights both countries’ commitment to strengthening multilateral cooperation and people-to-people exchanges, paving the way for expanded investment and infrastructure collaboration.
