At the China-Pakistan International TVET-Industrial Education Cooperation Seminar, Vincent Que of CGPTC and Gulmina Bilal Ahmad of NAVTTC signed a MoU to jointly implement advanced vocational standards in Pakistan.
The collaboration will create an International Skills Passport for Pakistani youth, standardizing skills across technical fields, improving employability, and providing high quality human resources for initiatives like CPEC.
Both sides plan to hold the first council meeting in April 2026, inviting vocational education leaders from multiple countries to advance international cooperation, establish mutual recognition of standards, and build Pakistan as a global hub for skilled talent.
