Pakistan strongly condemned Israel’s recognition of Somaliland and the subsequent provocative visits by its officials, calling the actions unlawful and politically aggressive.
At the Extraordinary OIC Council of Foreign Ministers session in Jeddah, officials emphasized that these moves violate Somalia’s internationally recognized borders and pose a threat to regional stability in the Horn of Africa and the Red Sea.
The statement reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to Palestinian sovereignty, the right to self-determination of Kashmiris, and highlighted OIC unity as essential to uphold territorial integrity and maintain peace in the region.
