The Pak-China Friendship Tenpin Championship has kicked off at Islamabad’s Leisure City Bowling Club, Safa Gold, F-7 Markaz. On the opening day, 20 friendly matches will be played between Pakistani and Chinese men and women, with 10 matches each for male and female players, according to Ijaz-ur-Rehman, President of the Pakistan Tenpin Bowling Federation and Chairman of the Organizing Committee.
Alongside these friendly international matches, the 18th National Tenpin Bowling Championship 2026 is also underway, featuring top male and female players from across Pakistan.
The week-long championship will conclude with an award ceremony to honor the winners. Officials highlighted that the event promotes sportsmanship, strengthens Pak-China friendship through sports, and provides a platform for players from both nations to showcase their skills while fostering cultural and athletic exchanges.
