More than 110 members of the Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) have successfully finished a two-month Mandarin language course designed to enhance trade and business cooperation with China. The initiative demonstrates LCCI’s commitment to equipping Pakistani entrepreneurs with essential skills for global competitiveness.
During the certificate distribution ceremony, Chinese Consul General Zhao Shiren encouraged participants to improve their Chinese language proficiency, emphasizing that fluency bridges cultural understanding, deeper engagement, and business opportunities under the Belt and Road Initiative.
Zhao also highlighted that China’s ongoing reforms and growing global influence offer fresh avenues for Pakistani businesses. He urged entrepreneurs to remain attentive to emerging trends and seize opportunities for mutual benefit. LCCI leadership reaffirmed their dedication to continuous skill-building programs that support members in strengthening Pakistan-China economic collaboration.
