Rawalpindi police reportedly foiled a potential security threat after seizing a vehicle allegedly carrying explosives during an operation in the city.
According to initial reports, personnel from the Airport Police Station intercepted the suspicious vehicle and recovered approximately 25 kilograms of explosives, five bundles of explosive wire, and detonators.

Following the seizure, law enforcement agencies across Rawalpindi reportedly moved into a state of high alert. Security around key installations and sensitive locations was also strengthened as a precautionary measure.
