In a major step to enhance women’s professional opportunities in Pakistan, TANG has partnered with She Means Work (SMW). The collaboration aims to expand access to digital education, provide in-demand skills training, and increase employment opportunities for women across rural and underserved regions.
The agreement, signed by Song Jianying, head of TANG Pakistan, and Ms. Lubna Bhayat, founder of SMW, will launch nationwide digital learning programs. The partnership focuses on equipping women with skills for employment and entrepreneurship, helping them participate actively in Pakistan’s growing digital economy. SMW will use its job portal and professional ecosystem to connect women with verified employment opportunities.
SMW’s existing initiatives, including the Ventureher program, support women entrepreneurs with training, business development, and financing. Through this TANG-SMW partnership, more women will gain access to digital education, career advancement, and entrepreneurial opportunities, empowering them to achieve financial independence and professional growth nationwide.
