China-Pakistan women technical training center has been launched in Islamabad as part of a joint initiative aimed at supporting women’s empowerment through vocational education and community-based development programs. Officials and representatives from both countries attended the inauguration ceremony.
The training facility will offer hands-on courses in tailoring, computer literacy, and culinary arts, helping participants gain practical skills that can improve employability and encourage entrepreneurship. The first batch of trainees has already enrolled in the program.
The initiative is part of broader China-Pakistan cooperation focused on youth engagement, skills development, and people-to-people connections. The project aims to create sustainable opportunities for women while strengthening bilateral collaboration in education and technical training.
