University of Agriculture Faisalabad (UAF) and Northwest A&F University China (NWAFU) held meetings to strengthen agricultural and educational cooperation. Discussions emphasized converting research into practical solutions for the industry and advancing smart farming initiatives.
Professor Zhang Lixin praised NWAFU’s comprehensive agricultural programs and UAF’s Confucius Institute, which has impacted over 35,000 students and faculty. Both institutions aim to enhance research, technology transfer, and bio-health agricultural development through shared expertise.
Focused sessions connected Chinese delegates with Pakistani companies in poultry, fertilizers, and food processing. The collaboration promotes joint ventures, skill development, and precision agriculture, expected to boost agri-industrial growth and deepen Pakistan-China academic and industry ties.
