A high-level Pakistani delegation led by Ikhtiyar Wali Khan, Coordinator for Information and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Affairs, has arrived in Beijing on a seven-day official visit to participate in discussions related to the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC).
Upon arrival, the delegation was warmly received by senior Chinese officials led by Chun Hua Wu. The visit aims to review ongoing CPEC projects and explore new avenues for bilateral cooperation between Pakistan and China.
During the stay, the delegation will attend meetings and seminars focusing on social, cultural, and economic planning under CPEC. Discussions will also cover comprehensive cooperation initiatives to further strengthen Pakistan-China strategic partnership.
Officials said the visit reflects Pakistan’s continued commitment to deepening collaboration with China, particularly in areas linked to development, regional connectivity, and long-term economic growth through CPEC.
