Deputy Prime Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar participated on behalf of Pakistan in the joint meeting of the Foreign Ministers of SCO member states with Chinese President Xi Jinping.
President Xi welcomed the delegations and highlighted the significance of regional cooperation under the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, noting that the SCO spans the Eurasian continent and represents a substantial portion of the global population.
