Information Minister refutes Indian claims of downing Pak jets through a statement on social media.
Information and Broadcasting Minister Attaullah Tarar has denied India’s assertions about downing Pakistani F-16 and JF-17 Thunder fighter jets.
Posting on social media platform X, he labeled the Indian statements as baseless and ridiculous.
Tarar stated that India’s fabricated and misleading narratives expose its frustration and will not help its cause.
He further clarified that Pakistan has not carried out any strikes in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir or across the international border, nor has the Pakistan Air Force suffered any losses.
In another post on X, the Minister accused Indian media of deliberately spreading disinformation to falsely portray success following its failed and unprovoked aggression.
He called on the international community to recognize the facts, emphasizing that Pakistan’s actions have so far been purely defensive.
