“When Pakistan will strike India, whole world will know,” ISPR stated during a press conference alongside Deputy PM Ishaq Dar.
As tensions surged between nuclear-armed Pakistan and India, DG ISPR Lt Gen Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry asserted emphasized that Pakistan’s response to any act of aggression would be unmistakable and need no formal announcement,
Speaking at a press conference alongside Deputy PM Ishaq Dar, Lt Gen Chaudhry dismissed India’s claims of striking 15 targets inside Pakistan as baseless and theatrical. He criticized the Indian government for promoting fabricated narratives, suggesting that India’s military leadership was detached from reality.
Mocking India’s assertions, Lt Gen Chaudhry questioned whether the Indian military was stuck in outdated thinking and urged them to acknowledge facts instead of indulging in fantasy.
He also rejected images circulated by Indian sources, calling them unconvincing and depicting empty land with no strategic or military value. He reaffirmed that Pakistan’s armed forces are fully alert and prepared to respond decisively if provoked.
Reiterating Pakistan’s military resolve, he declared, “When Pakistan strikes, no announcement will be needed—the world will see it clearly.”
Foreign Minister Dar added that India had violated Pakistani airspace with multiple drones, one of which attempted to target a military site in Lahore. He noted that the threat was neutralized and confirmed that Pakistan had downed five Indian jets in response.
Reflecting on the recent escalation, Dar said that Pakistan successfully defended itself during a major confrontation just 36 hours prior, assuring the public of the military’s preparedness to handle any future threats.
