Pakistan denies Indian media allegations of strikes on Pathankot, Jaisalmer, Srinagar as Foreign Office issued a statement.
Pakistan has strongly rejected what it called baseless and irresponsible allegations made by Indian media, which accused Islamabad of carrying out attacks in Pathankot, Jaisalmer, and Srinagar.
The Foreign Office issued a statement on Thursday, calling these accusations completely false and politically driven, describing them as part of a deliberate propaganda campaign to tarnish Pakistan’s image.
It emphasized that this recurring pattern of accusing Pakistan without any credible investigation is a calculated move by India to create a false justification for aggressive actions and to destabilize the already fragile regional environment.
Such behavior, the statement noted, threatens regional stability and exposes India’s intent to use disinformation as a tool for political and military manipulation.
Pakistan urged the global community to take serious notice of these reckless provocations and advise India to act responsibly and with restraint.
It warned that any escalation based on fabricated narratives will be met with a resolute and determined response to defend Pakistan’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.
While reaffirming its commitment to peace, Pakistan made clear that it will not be intimidated or misled, and reserves the right to respond appropriately to any hostile act.
