July 30– On Tuesday, Xi Jinping congratulates Maduro on reelection as Venezuelan president.
Chinese President Xi Jinping sent a congratulatory message to Nicolas Maduro on his re-election as president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
President Xi commended Maduro for leading the Venezuelan government and people on a development path tailored to their national conditions, achieving significant progress in national construction.
Xi highlighted the strong friendship and trust between China and Venezuela, emphasizing that China will continue to firmly support Venezuela’s efforts to uphold national sovereignty, dignity, and social stability, and its fight against external interference.
President Xi expressed his commitment to enhancing China-Venezuela relations, stating his willingness to work with President Maduro to elevate their all-weather strategic partnership to new heights for the benefit of both nations’ peoples.
In addition to Xi extending congratulates to Maduro on reelection as Venezuelan President, the foreign ministry spokesperson, Lin stated that China highly values their bilateral relations and is eager to collaborate with Venezuela to continuously enhance their all-weather comprehensive strategic partnership, bringing more benefits to both peoples.
