ISLAMABAD, Aug. 17 – China Mobile’s Zong 4G has partnered with Health and Nutrition Development Society (HANDS) for transformative education in the underserved regions, a statement issued on Wednesday said.
This initiative is poised to establish an advanced digital lab at FAS Noor Muhammad School in Karachi, with advanced computer systems and technology, aimed at enhancing students’ technical prowess and access to the digital world.
The partnership’s core objective is to empower the youth by harnessing digital technology to create new avenues for learning, the statement said.
Designed to cater to 91 students, with more than 50% of them being girls, the facility is positioned to emerge as a centre of digital learning for surrounding areas, the statement added.
HANDS is a non-profit organization working in areas including livelihood, health, education, infrastructure, and disaster management.
