China’s Foreign Ministry announced on Friday that President Xi Jinping’s special representative, Zhang Guoqing, will visit France from February 9 to 12 to attend the Artificial Intelligence Action Summit at the host’s invitation.
Zhang serves as a member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and holds the position of vice premier of the State Council.
