Chinese President Xi Jinping emphasized the importance of uniting the strength of the nation’s working class and labor force on Monday, urging them to work diligently and practically in order to turn the ambitious vision of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation into a reality.
Xi, who also serves as the general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the chairman of the Central Military Commission, made these comments during a gathering held to mark the 100th anniversary of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, where model workers and exemplary individuals were honored.
