Chinese President Xi Jinping on Thursday conveyed his congratulations to the 2024 Imperial Springs International Forum in a letter.
Xi highlighted that over the past decade, the forum has consistently promoted multilateralism, engaged in in-depth discussions on global governance challenges, shared China’s perspectives, and contributed significantly to fostering dialogue and understanding between China and other nations.
Amid a world experiencing both transformation and turbulence, Xi stressed that peace and development remain the universal desires of people everywhere.
He reiterated China’s readiness to collaborate with other nations, emphasizing global solidarity, fairness, and justice to ensure peace and stability. Xi also underscored win-win cooperation for sustainable development and inclusiveness for advancing human progress.
The 2024 Imperial Springs International Forum began on Thursday in Madrid, Spain. The forum, themed “Collective Action for One Future,” is co-hosted by the Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, the Australia China Friendship and Exchange Association, the Guangdong provincial government, and the World Leadership Alliance-Club de Madrid.
