President Xi highlighted that China and Russia consistently advance together on a path characterized by non-alliance, non-confrontation, and avoiding targeting any third party.
He noted that the political trust and strategic coordination between the two nations have steadily reached new heights under the leadership and strategic guidance of both presidents.
Xi emphasized the mutual support provided by both countries as chairs of the BRICS mechanism and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, significantly enhancing unity and collaboration among Global South nations.
President Xi expressed his willingness to maintain close communication with President Putin and uphold the overall direction of China-Russia cooperation. He aims to further strengthen their permanent good-neighborly relations, comprehensive strategic partnership, and mutually beneficial collaboration.
