The Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee convened a meeting on Friday to assess and discuss the current economic situation and related work.
Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee, chaired the session.
During the meeting, it was acknowledged that the country’s economy has shown signs of improvement this year, with growing public confidence and significant strides made in high-quality development.
However, the meeting also highlighted that the foundation for sustained economic recovery still needs further strengthening, as the nation continues to face mounting external challenges.
