President Xi Jinping replied to a letter from the founder of the Danish Chamber of Commerce in China, encouraging the chamber and its members to contribute further to strengthening China’s ties with Denmark and Europe, and to promote deeper, mutually beneficial cooperation.
Xi expressed gratitude for the founder’s sincere affection for China and acknowledged the confidence Danish companies have shown in China’s future growth.
In his message, Xi reaffirmed that China remains a reliable, attractive, and promising destination for foreign investment. He emphasized that placing trust in China means believing in a better future, and investing in China equates to investing in long-term opportunity.
Xi also conveyed his hope that the Danish Chamber of Commerce in China and its member firms will continue acting as a bridge between China and both Denmark and Europe, fostering greater mutual understanding, friendship, and beneficial collaboration.
The founder had recently written to Xi Jinping in a personal capacity and on behalf of the chamber, offering congratulations on the 75th anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and Denmark, while expressing a desire to expand cooperation with China.
