Turkmenistan first Central Asian country to reach Gwadar port soon as a committee to advance this is formulated by the Pakistan’s government.
Turkmenistan is poised to become the first Central Asian nation to gain access to Gwadar Port through the China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC).
An agreement between Pakistan and Turkmenistan regarding this initiative will be signed soon.
A committee has been formed by the government to review the draft agreement between Gwadar Port and Turkmenbashi Port under CPEC.
Both countries are already collaborating on several joint ventures, including the TAPI pipeline, a rail network, and fiber connectivity to link South and Central Asia.
