To mark the arrival of the Chinese New Year, a vibrant lantern festival began on Wednesday in Tangshan, located in North China’s Hebei province, creating a festive and joyful atmosphere for both locals and visitors.
Under the theme “Magical China,” the festival will continue until March 1 at the Nanhu Lake Scenic Area, showcasing a variety of colorful lanterns designed around different themes.
The event also includes an array of festive activities, such as captivating light shows and drone displays, highlighting traditional customs alongside Tangshan’s and China’s progress and development.
