Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif is set to embark on a four-day official visit to Saudi Arabia starting tomorrow.
Accompanying him will be a delegation that includes Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar, along with key Federal Ministers and senior officials.
During his stay, the Prime Minister is scheduled to hold discussions with Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman. Their talks will focus on strengthening trade ties, expanding cooperation in critical sectors, and fostering greater economic collaboration.
The agenda will also cover topics of shared concern, including global and regional developments, with particular emphasis on the situation in Gaza, the evolving Middle East landscape, and broader issues affecting the Muslim Ummah.
Foreign Office Spokesperson Shafqat Ali Khan stated that the visit highlights the longstanding and historic ties between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. It is expected to enhance mutual understanding, strengthen trade and investment cooperation, and promote closer diplomatic coordination on bilateral, regional, and international matters.
